Le Mid-Autume Festival

if you haven't been aware, the moon is on its course to its roundest phrase of the year! and it's always been the singaporean tradition to stuff our faces with exotic mooncakes to get in the same shape.(%$#@ curse those ppl who can eat and not lose their shape)

yeah. the festive mid-autume moon rises next weekend
and in conjuction, ClubINS will be holding a Mid Autume Festival Pot-Luck Cook-oFF

Yess its a competition!!! Participants are invited to form teams of no more than 3
(one-man teams welcomed) and prepared a dish that serves 15
(*erhmm which means if you do chx wings then you must prepared at least 15,
erhmm if you cooking other stuff then you 'arga-arga' estimate : )
if you;re a smaller team, we can be slightly more understanding/flexible,
if you bring too little, we'll point at you and laugh very loudly)

and there's a $50 prize to be won by the best iron-chef team

Voting
1.)everyone will be given 3 voting tixs during registration.
(so you can either cast all three tixs for the same dish or give one per dish. WatEver)
2.)just pop your tix into the voting box which will either be infront behind or beside the dish.
3.)dish with most tix wins

TIP
since there will be fellow muslim frens, you can obviously win more votes if its halah
(since they can eat it too and vote for U)
- sooo , if you're using chix, get it from red leas : )
- seafood is halah
- vegetable is halah

and da famous ClubINS fried-rice(stirred up by the TK/ZW duo).
